Scheduling
There are a lot of changes to our schedule every day, depending on other clients, traffic conditions and public transportation you should allow us a one hour margin from your appointed time. Meaning that if we schedule for 5:00pm we might arrive as late as 5:59pm.
Time = Money
When your technician comes over, please remember that time is money. Although we work very fast, we are not psychic and can never be 100% sure how much time a certain task could take. The charge is by an hourly rate, even if it took 4 hours to do something you thought would only take 2.
Back Up Data
PCWizard Service strongly advises that clients safeguard critical data by backing up said data prior to any services performed by PC Wizard Service. Unless specifically requested and provided as a paid service by PC Wizard Service Client is responsible for any backup, archiving, or protective storage as well as restoration if required, of cliens data.
One Hour Minimum
The first charge is always for arriving/traveling and the first hour of work. Meaning that even if your problem is fixed after 9 minutes, you will still have to pay for the entire hour. After the first hour charges will be made for parts of hour (for example, 2 hours and 10 minutes.
Payment
Payment is accepted with a major credit card, and on the spot. If you plan to pay by check, or work for an organization that only sends out checks at a certain date, please let us know before hand.
Fee Terms
Clients will pay a basic visit fee of $49.99 for PC Wizard Service to come to the client's location to make the service call. PC Wizard Service reserves the right to refuse service as well as to change fees and rates at any time without notice. Residential or Commercial clients agrees to pay PC Wizard Service for all charges at the time of service.
