Our computer diagnostic consists of physically inspecting your computer hardware, performing a full hard drive fitness test, performing spyware and virus scans. In some cases the problem may even be fixed during the diagnostic; if this is the case then there would be no additional charges. Once the diagnostics are completed we will let you know what the problems are and give you our recommendations.
