Create Your Own Keyboard Shortcuts

1. Here’s how: Go under the Apple menu,
2. Go to System Preferences, and choose Keyboard & Mouse.
3. When the dialog appears, click on the Keyboard Shortcuts tab,
4. then click the plus (+) sign at the bottom left of the dialog.
5. Another dialog will appear. Choose Finder from the Application pop-up menu
6. type the exact name of the menu command you want to add a shortcut for.
7. Now type the shortcut you want to use and click the Add button. It’s that simple.

Printing From The Desktop

1. Control- click on the file you want to print to bring up a contextual menu.
2. Now just choose Print from the menu.
3. Once you choose it, it will either start printing or take you directly to the default application’s Print dialog.
